Frank Hagan

General Manager/Switchboard Engineering Manager
Frank has over 20 years’ experience as an electrical engineer with senior leadership roles in the UK and Europe, and more recently Whakatane Board Mills and Carter Holt Harvey. Forged and work hardened in the furnaces of Scunthorpe, he is personification of the unofficial town motto and is well versed around the specific demands of heavy industry and will engineer a solution that fits your business needs unique requirements. If you desire a value outcome, he’s your man.
Tom Cowan

Switchboard Manufacturing Manager
Our Scottish import may be hard to understand with his thick accent, but rest assured he has the Power Assemblies workshop running like a well-oiled machine. Tom is responsible for ensuring we are meeting our clients’ critical deadlines while keeping a close eye on quality and compliance. With 10 years’ experience in the role, Tom will make sure your most important asset is built to last.
Nathaniel Wright

Head of Sales
Local lad and translator for Frank and Tom, Nathaniel has experience in international and nationwide sales through his roles in New Zealand and previous roles in Australia. He has multiple years’ experience in senior management and business management through his role at Falcon and is motivated to grow the business further by continuing to set up mutually beneficial partnerships throughout New Zealand and the Pacific. If this can be achieved over a round of golf, even better.
